How do I find the right size?
We have a size chart on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.
I'm torn between two sizes. Which one is right for me?

How do I care for my hemp reversible jacket?
Hemp is robust, but we recommend a gentle wash at 30°C and air drying. This will keep your jacket looking good for a long time.
Shipping & Returns
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on where you live. Within Germany, shipping takes 2–4 business days, within Europe 2–5 business days. To Switzerland and the rest of the world, your package will take 3–7 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within Germany.
EU (European Union): €4.99
International: €6.99
Are there any taxes or customs duties to be charged on my order?
We do not cover any costs for taxes, duties or customs. For this reason, we sell our products to third countries (outside the EU) without VAT. These costs are your responsibility and are due upon receipt of the package in the destination country.
How can I make an exchange?

How can I return an item?
You have 30 days to announce a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Contact us at order@khaladesign.com. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please return to the following address:

What does sustainability mean at Khala?
For us, sustainability means: fair working conditions, durable clothing that conserves resources, and natural materials such as hemp and organic cotton.
How does Khala ensure fair working conditions?
Our partner naturally holds recognized certifications like GOTS, but for us, that alone isn't enough. We rely on trust and transparency and deliberately selected our partner based on the recommendation of experienced experts in the hemp textile industry.
Why do we work with hemp?
Hemp is one of the most sustainable and robust natural fibers in the world. It requires significantly less water than conventional cotton, grows almost anywhere without pesticides, and is extremely durable.
