How do I find the right size?
We have a size chart on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.
I'm in between two sizes. Which one is right for me?
The right size depends on your preferred fit. Decide whether you prefer a loose or tight fit. If you're unsure, feel free to order both sizes and try them on at your leisure. For personal advice, please contact us at any time: support@khaladesign.com
How do I care for my reversible hemp jacket?
Hemp is durable, but we still recommend a delicate wash at 30°C and air drying. This way your jacket will stay beautiful for a long time.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on where you live. Within Germany, shipping takes 2–4 business days, and within Europe, 2–5 business days. To Switzerland and the rest of the world, your package will take 3–7 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within Germany.
EU (European Union) + UK: €6.99
Switzerland: CHF 6.99
International: €15.99
Will my order be subject to taxes or customs duties?
We do not cover costs for taxes, duties, or customs fees. For this reason, we sell our products to third countries (outside the EU) without VAT. These costs are your responsibility and are due upon receipt of the package in the destination country.
How can I make an exchange?

How can I return an item?
You have 30 days to announce a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Contact us at order@khaladesign.com. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please return to the following address:

Sustainability
What does sustainability mean at Khala?
We use natural materials such as hemp and organic cotton, work with certified production partners, and design clothing that is meant to be worn for a long time rather than replaced. More important to us than the label itself is that people can understand what’s behind it: where it’s produced, by whom, and what certifications are in place.
How does Khala ensure fair working conditions?
Our partner in Shandong is certified under GOTS and Fair Trade Certified (Fair Trade USA), among other standards, both of which include social criteria. We selected them based on a recommendation from Robert, the founder of HempAge, who has been working with them for years. And we know from our own experience what matters: From 2017 to 2022, we produced our own products in Malawi.
Why do we work with hemp?
Hemp is one of the most robust natural fibers and is extremely durable. Compared to cotton, it has a water footprint that is about 60% lower and requires about 84% less irrigation. It grows quickly and densely, and usually requires very little pesticide use.

Why does Khala produce in China?
China is a pioneer in the processing of high-quality hemp textiles. Our partner in Shandong specializes in hemp textiles and is certified under GOTS and Fair Trade Certified (Fair Trade USA), among other standards.
