Each order is binding. Products are shipped upon receipt of advance payment through account transfer.

You may cancel your contract in writing within 14 days without giving any reasons (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the product in question within the return period. This period may begin once this notice has been received in written form but not until the product has been received by the recipient (in the event of recurring deliveries of a similar product not until receipt of the first partial delivery) and not until we have met our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligation under § 312g (1) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

In the event of an effective cancellation, any mutually received benefits are to be refunded and possible benefits derived (e.g. interest) to be returned. If the performances or products received cannot be returned (e.g. user benefits) or only in deteriorated condition or in part, you are obliged to pay compensation for lost value. You only have to pay for deterioration and derived benefits to the extent that the benefit or deterioration is attributed to use beyond the examination of features and proper functioning. The term examination of features and proper functioning refers to the testing and evaluation of a given item, as is customarily done in a physical store.

Items suitable for parcel shipment are to be returned at our risk.

The customer shall bear the cost of return shipments if the delivered product is the same that was ordered, and if the price of the returned product does not exceed the amount of € 40, or in the event of a higher value, if the payment or a contractually agreed partial payment has not been provided within the cancellation period. Otherwise, any returns are free of charge.

Items not suitable for parcel shipment will be picked up at the address you provided.

Reimbursements for payments must be issued within 30 days.  For your purposes, the time your cancellation notice was sent is considered the beginning of that period, and for our purposes, the time when we receive your notice applies.

We usually deliver within four working days of payment receipt. Please note, however, that our products are handmade rather than mass-produced. Delayed delivery times may apply if the desired product is not in stock. If such a situation occurs, you will be notified immediately. Partial deliveries or extended delivery times can be arranged upon request.

Your shipments are handled by Deutsche Post AG and DHL.

(PO Box addresses cannot be delivered to).

SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

For shipping to non-EU countries, we calculate actual postage charges.

These costs are identified separately on your invoice.

All agreements concluded with us are governed by German law even when shipments cross borders.

Place of jurisdiction: Munich

This guarantee is extended in accordance with applicable legal provisions. If our product is defective, we will first provide you with the options of a new shipment or repair. If repair fails or the product contained in the additional shipment is also defective, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price or keep the product at a reduced purchase price.

The product supplied remains our property until complete payment has been made.
